In response to JR's review, I'd like to share that there was a Quote, which was emailed, viewed, and accepted prior to the work being started. From Cameron's background information, the quoted time, which was 5 hours, also was to include time off site to load, travel to site, and return from site. The tech's total time accrued to that particular job was actually 5 hours and 30 minutes. I'd like to add that a quote is a contracted price to be paid regardless of changes that may occur. That being said, despite the overage of labor on our end, we did not and could not bill more.

Had this company come to install ng gas for future appliances. They provided and estimated cost for 6 hours of labor/supplies and reinstalling lines 15 feet past where they really needed to (they over estimated the work required with very little detail), the pipe fitter came in and was amazing! He came in and did the work that was only necessary, completed the job in 3 hours. Hoping to reduce the estimated cost as the work was done in half the time I call them up and let them know. Cam Sebastian stated a quote is a quote and that's the price. This would be a valid response if I had received a quote, I recieved an estimate and a very vague one at that. If a company is going to do quotes they need to do a better job of breaking everything down cost wise and providing an accurate quote not giving someone a vague estimate and calling it a quote! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRONCO TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!

I had to have warranty work (both parts and labour) done on my water heater supplied and installed by Bronco. The owner wouldn't carry forward the claim with the manufacturer and later the owner wouldn't return my phone calls. I had to deal with manufacturer directly who agreed to furnish a new water heater but, wouldn't pay for the installation. After significant communications with Bronco they eventually agreed to install the new water heater. I did however have to pay the gas permit fee. Employees of this company are courteous and professional, however the owner must review his policy on warranty work. He did not take ownership of the problem and left it up to me to carry the issue forward. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Probably should teach your employees how to drive/ not cut people off on the ring road twice in under 3/4km doing 20 under the speed limit. Wish I had the fellows license plate so i could provide a name to the If your staff cant drive with proper etiquette in a company vehicle, I feel they paint a bad image for your company. To which, this person did.

I had issues with my home Air conditioning unit. They came out and gave me a quote and later came back and did a great job on the repair. And it was less the the quote,thanks for the great service guys!
