Susan Carle review about company Drain Go Plumbing

Water heater went out, leaking all over garage. Valve leaking too, had to shut all the water off to the house. Water tank already drained when they arrived. Service technician informed me that my warranty company had to order the tank and it would take about 7 days !! Said he would submit the diagnosis then, and I could possibly hear from my warranty company the next day...... FOUR BUSINESS DAYS LATER, with a non-working hot water heater and 3 kids, I called the warranty company to check status.... THEY STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED THE DIAGNOSIS FROM MY SERVICE TECHNICIAN!! Knowing I had NO WATER and 3 children this service technician STILL had not submitted the diagnosis FOUR business days later also knowing the tank would still have to be ordered!!!! Completely unacceptable, and if this is the way their customer's issues are handled, I WILL NOT be a return customer .... And will be more than happy to share my experience with others !! There's just no excuse.....
