Kerry Lavender review about company Drain Go Plumbing

My mother in law has a home protection plan, paid $100 deductible for Drain Go services (which the guy really didn't render all the repairs requested).He told her he would return to complete the repairs,but the hot water heater needed to be removed to install repairs. He also told her he would call her protection plan to see if they would cover charges to remove it. 9 days went by and no phone call from the service technician. She then called the protection plan herself and was told by them charges for the removal of the hot water heater is not covered. The service technician was then called by her to find out what the charges would be to remove the hot water heater he then abruptly told her the protection plan wasn't covering any of the repairs. She stated she was just told by her protection plan they would cover the repairs except for the removal of the hot water heater. Well nevertheless the service technician Kade hung up on her. Very unprofessional. Drain Go customer services did call her and stated what repairs would be covered.
