Asked this company to quote for a replacement window - didn’t get back to me for 3 weeks and then told me it wasn’t possible only after I chased 5 times. The worst service I have ever received and an absolute shambles of a company that used to be so good - don’t touch with a barge pole. The manager Marion rang back today to tell me she was sorry offered me a free boiler service she would email the details - not sent - what a joke
