Experienced varied service, mostly good (but once terrible) - seems to depend on which engineer you are assigned. The service over the telephone is professional. Always turn up and prepared to arrange visit with tenants and even collect keys from estate agent. The one terrible job involved a plumber who assessed a leaking toilet and forgot to write on the report (customer copy) that it needed replacing, which resulted in further damage to property - the cost was refunded though without an argument. Still use them regularly.
