We received a quote and scheduled the work. They installed shutters on our house. The work was completed faster than expected so the final bill was less than the quoted price. The person who came out, Matt, was polite and professional. He cleaned up everything! If we didn't see the new shutters on the house, we would not have known he was there! I would schedule with Matt again! My only negative was the office person was not very friendly. It felt like she was reading from a script and was more focused on payment.
These folks we're dishonest and were going to charge me 5 hours of labor for a small soffit replacement. Shame on you for taking advantage of poeple....
