Steve Gillis review about company Bremner's Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

First and last time I will use Bremner's. Customer service is non existent. We had an issue with our furnace (we knew it was the control board and told them when we called). The technician was in the area and said he would stop by to look. He agreed it was the control board and ordered a new one. We were charged for the technician to tell us what we already knew (even thought the technician said he wouldn't charge us for stopping by) and then again for him to install. When we called to question the billing, I talked to the owners son. He was completely rude and condescending and had no interest in hearing my concerns at all. I will definitely not use these guys again.
