paul gunn review about company Bremner's Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

Spent almost $400 there to have "all" the toilets fixed in the house and the tech worked on the one in the basement and forgot to replace the filler inside the tank that was spraying everywhere. Emailed them and the woman said I would have a full charge to fix it, no deal for mistakes I guess. There are many other companies out there and I suggest customers use them instead!!!! Love your response and your lack of customer service to the customer, the picture shows he worked on the tan k in the basement and you were just caught in your own lie, the part should have been fixed while he was working on it and it was the en suite that fine. I will be sure and spread the word and refer others to the review, charging customers to come back and fix/replace something that was supposed to be done before they left is not good practice.
