Gordon Provenzano review about company Remer Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Called on a Wednesday for service on a simple repair. Was told they could come either Thursday, or Friday. Since I would be unavailable Thursday, I indicated Friday was fine. They asked if I wanted morning or afternoon. Stated morning was good. Was told repair person would call ahead. No one showed in morning, and no call either. I called after lunch and was told by a female rather annoyingly that my job was on the days list and the repairman would be at my house that day, and they would call ahead. At 4:40 pm, no repairman, no call. I called the company and got a recording that they were closed until Monday. Not even the courtesy of a call to say they wouldn’t be here ! Lousy way to treat a customer.
