Our technician Keith kept in contact with us and arrived as soon as he finished the previous job. Our hot water heater had to be replaced and even though it would have taken him far into the night on a Saturday he started and finished at 10:30 PM. He was by himself, obviously tired from a full day, and yet as we hadn’t any hot water, he made sure to complete the job. The work was excellent, he cleaned up the area in our garage and at the street, and we have hot water. I could not recommend Benjamin Franklin any more highly, especially if all of their technicians are like Keith. Sincerely, Sam Thompson
