Called last Friday to make an appointment for my leaky hot water heater. Was given a window from 8-12 For today, Tuesday. I received a text promptly at 8:00 and a phone call letting me know Sky would be at my house in 20 minutes. Sky was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a few options and answered all of our questions. We have a brand new water heater and are very pleased with the services. Will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again and recommending to friends!
