My toilet has been leaking sporadically for several months. Keith Bowers took his time to locate the source and corrected it in just one trip. I am very grateful for his diligence and professionalism. I have also had to call for service with clogged toilets more than once this month. These issues were handled very quickly. My technician (Zach) did an excellent job and left the house as clean as when he started the job. We found out that we were both from Pennsylvania. He lived in Allentown while I'm from Nazareth. Zack was very professional and courteous and checked to make sure that everything was running perfect. Zack a class A job and I hope to have him when I need more work.
When Adam arrived he was very professional, introduced himself and we hit it off right away. We were laughing the whole way thru. Had a great time and the installation of my water heater was done without any problems. Very happy with Adam and his installation
Called last Friday to make an appointment for my leaky hot water heater. Was given a window from 8-12 For today, Tuesday. I received a text promptly at 8:00 and a phone call letting me know Sky would be at my house in 20 minutes. Sky was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a few options and answered all of our questions. We have a brand new water heater and are very pleased with the services. Will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again and recommending to friends!
Our technician Keith kept in contact with us and arrived as soon as he finished the previous job. Our hot water heater had to be replaced and even though it would have taken him far into the night on a Saturday he started and finished at 10:30 PM. He was by himself, obviously tired from a full day, and yet as we hadn’t any hot water, he made sure to complete the job. The work was excellent, he cleaned up the area in our garage and at the street, and we have hot water.
