Scott Williams is a very knowledgeable, determined and problem-solving individual. He took the time to analyze our issue with the heat pump and troubleshoot it. He made it very easy to understand why our system was not working and why it was set up incorrectly from the beginning by another vendor. There is some rework and follow up to be done but at least we now know why our system was never working properly as it should have been. We are impressed with the professionalism and patience that comes with trying to fix a problem by another vendor.
