Wonderful company to work with. Never having called them I was wondering about responsiveness to my call of no heat. James, their tech was at my door approximately 1 hour from my call. He quickly determined that there was a need for a part which was well over 30 years old. He called around to attempt to locate the part with no luck. Within a few minutes, he had come up with a very affordable solution which he was able to implement the next day. My home is warm, I’m saving money with the new system and I’ve never been happier.
