Wonderful company to work with. Never having called them I was wondering about responsiveness to my call of no heat. James, their tech was at my door approximately 1 hour from my call. He quickly determined that there was a need for a part which was well over 30 years old. He called around to attempt to locate the part with no luck. Within a few minutes, he had come up with a very affordable solution which he was able to implement the next day. My home is warm, I’m saving money with the new system and I’ve never been happier. Scott Williams is a very knowledgeable, determined and problem-solving individual. He took the time to analyze our issue with the heat pump and troubleshoot it. He made it very easy to understand why our system was not working and why it was set up incorrectly from the beginning by another vendor. There is some rework and follow up to be done but at least we now know why our system was never working properly as it should have been. We are impressed with the professionalism and patience that comes with trying to fix a problem by another vendor.

Excellent service both in-house with Jolene and on the field with Scott. Quick response to availability, I felt very secure about who was arriving due to a heads-up text message that not only confirmed the arrival time but also provided photo/ratings of our specific technician, and communicating with the technician while he was on-site was especially pleasant and convenient. Looking forward to working with them again, finding down to earth heating contractors is nearly impossible these days.

Came out for the quote 2 hrs after I requested one. He had 3 different options for install which made my decision easier. Prices were reasonable! I've used them before so I know their work on this next project will be exactly what I want.
