James has helped me out the past 2 years. I will continue to use Pass 2 Pay Backflow each years because James and the company have been so AMAZING. The 2 times I've used them, they were able to get someone out the next day to do the test. They don't need anyone present for the test and they take care of the paperwork for you and send it to the water district. Simple, easy, helpful, and extremely friendly.
