Benjamin Franklin plumbing not only solved all of the issues that my home presented but was expedient in sending help right when I called! My plumber Christopher was friendly, professional and very patient and knowledgeable. He explained all of the costs with the work involved and was instrumental in helping me to make informed decisions about what direction to go in concerning the issues. The work was quality and done to my utmost satisfaction and I would absolutely recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!! Duly noted also is that they offer multiple payment options!

Quite pricey but a high quality job! Responded immediately and performed the work in a timely manner. The plumber Christopher was pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience, and great for an emergency but I think for routine services I would shop around for better pricing.

Called in this morning about a toilet issue and spoke with Valerie who treated me with kindness and respect. She informed me each time she put me on hold...why and for how long. She told me the tech would be coming this afternoon and sent a photo and his personal bio. Brian arrived about 2pm and was clean, charming and got right to work, explaining all that he did. I am very satisfied with his work and will call Benjamin Franklin for my future needs.
