Drainworks not only did a great job but they were amazing in helping me to understand what they were doing, what my septic was supposed to be doing etc. The owner Justin was on sight and an excellent communicator! I would not hesitate to use them again and most definitely will moving forward! Thanks guys for helping me to understand where I am at with my septic and where I need to go moving forward! My first time getting my septic tank serviced it was great customer service! I was able to make my appointment with no problem unlike other companies I am still waiting for a call back. I received a text message when they were on their way. Steve introduced himself, assessed the issue and informed me what he would be doing, explained why and how long it would take. Although there was a very minor incident, Steve quickly acknowledged it and offered a discount off of the bill. Later, I found a gift card from Amazon at my door. This was in addition to the discount. Quality customer service is expected, but when there's an issue, does the company step up to the plate, acknowledge it and offer something to resolve it? In this case, Steve did. Thanks Steve and thanks, Drainworks!! Very satisfied!!!
The boys did an excellent job! Punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable in their work. I excavated my own septic tank and they insisted that they fill it back in for me and even re-seeded the area. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone! Excellent work!!!
Company charges small 30 fee to come out to look at job but unlike most companies don’t remove fee even after you agree to work. I was also charged 150 to remove water in tub though I already had bucket under drain clean out . I was also charged 300 only to be told they couldn’t snake blockage in pipe so for over 500 dollars I got nothing.
