Chris was great to work with. He diagnosed an issue with our upstairs A/C unit and gave us multiple options for repairs. We signed up for 3D Airs Yearly Inspection and he was back 2 weeks later to perform a check up and cleaning of both units, inside and out. Chris and the office staff are professional and efficient, and we glad we found them.

We are very pleased with the service we received from 3D Air. Our unit stopped cooling; and after taking the time to really look over and work on both the outside and inside portions, we were told that in all reality we needed a new unit. However, Chris presented us with the cost of getting our unit running again along with 4 different options of units in different price points that we could choose from if we decided to replace. We went ahead and chose to replace and are very pleased with the new unit as well as the installation process. The crew arrived in the timeframe that was given to us and worked steadily while being mindful of keeping things clean. This company is very professional and I would highly recommend their services!

We used 3D air for the first time a couple weeks ago. Our upstairs unit had to be replaced completely. We are very happy with their service. Kevin was very professional and friendly. He gave us options on units to choose from (unlike our former air place). They had our air in the very next day (on a Sunday!). 3D air was fast, friendly, and professional and we will continue to use them in the future.

The technician that serviced my unit was very thorough and professional. Also gave me some very important information about the size of my unit for the size of my house that I was unaware of. Very satisfied with my experience.
