Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had a major problem in the house we just purchased, had another company come out Thursday, and again Friday. No results, drainage system started backing up Friday night into the home, called roto-rooter late. They can out prompt Justin there plumber was amazing with getting my issue resolved that night, while he was there check on another issue we were having. He set the appointment up and came out the next day to handle my other needs. This will be my go to from now on! Highly recommend

I can’t complain about the quality of work. I feel like the job was well done, but if you don’t ask for the online discount it won’t be offered up front. That raised a concern with me and I do feel that overall this particular job was very simple to complete (1.5 hours) and for the final price, it did seem very high. Overall I would recommend, but only for very serious issues. Not quick fixes like I had.

It's rare that I post feedback. This time I feel I must. Domenic arrived, I told him of low hot water pressure. Old iron pipes restricted was my thoughts, he confirmed. After returning with supplies they started to work immediately. From about 5 PM til about 10 AM, worked through the night replacing all iron pipe with PEX and 1/4 turn shut off valves throughout. Yes all night! Everything flows as it should now. As a quadriplegic, I can tell you the value of simple things like a nice relaxing bath or shower and how it helps to relieve pain. Before repairs, baths were traumatic. Thanks guys, you put me back into the "happy zone" at home. Quality craftsmanship done efficiently and at a fair price. I AM NOT A FEEDBACK COMPANY that posts fake positive remarks. I am a real happy, real customer.

I had officially given up all hope when it came to plumbers. I’d been exposed to plumbers who didn’t care about damages sustained to your home while you wait to be serviced by them, not caring if you had running water, could use your toilet, had children, etc. When I reached out to Roto Rooter I was defeated, lost and hopeless. Within 2 hours of them arriving my quality of life had instantly changed. I went from 3rd world living conditions back to a 1st world status quo environment. I’m eternally grateful for this company.
