Completely unprofessional. Was promised a “first appointment of the day” at 9:30am to fix my boiler. When 9:30 passed, I called to enquire where the engineer was. I didn’t receive a response or a call back. I continued to call a few times and still no response. It was only when I marked my number private was the call picked up (nearly 5 hours after the scheduled appointment) and I was informed that the engineer was at home, sleeping. I was told to “look for another heating engineer” by the engineer’s wife who picked up the call. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend.

Booked this company for a boiler change. Engineer was timely and extremely professional. He explained the whole process and carried out the service very neatly. I have recommended this company to my friends and family. Great service at a very affordable rate. Excellent.

Came out within the hour, really pleased with the service provided. Reasonably priced to say it was an emergancy call out. 10/10 would use again.

Haider is a very friendly guy. Came on Saturday within 20 mins & diagnosed fault with my combi boiler. Didn't have part required with him, but came in next day & installed part & topped up boiler pressures etc. Charges are very reasonable & I would definitely use him again & highly recommend him to anyone.
