Update: they finally sent me a quote (claimed that they got my email wrong but it was only after they saw this comment) Original: I called them about repairing a boiler. An engineer came, received £60 in cash, to say yes the boiler needs repair and promised to send a quote for a malfunctioning part. I waited several days and hearing nothing from them I called. A receptionist (?) asked for my email and promised to send the quote but nothing happened. I called them a few days later. A guy over the phone tried to sell me a new boiler instead of repair. I insisted on the promised quote. He said they'll provide it. Again nothing happened for several days. For the third time called them, a man said he'll immediately gets in touch with the engineer and I haven't heard from them for more than a week now.
From start to finish, I was really impressed with the service, advice and quality of work delivered by the team from MM Heating. I was presented with options for my boiler replacement and each detail explained as necessary. The team on the day were brilliant and really went the extra mile to ensure everything fit the space. They were early, clean and finished earlier than anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend them. 10/10
Absolutely bad experience! Rude customer service , can't install boilers properly as it took them over 2 days! Lots of hidden charges and no negotiation. Absolutely do not recommend stay away.
They did a good job installing the boiler but the follow up service/annual services have been poor - disorganised, unable to keep track of services/invoices/payments, phone calls requesting a call back ignored, Gas Safety Certificate not provided, very poor communication. They become more and more incompetent each year. Update - Nothing to do with reminders - they did the annual service and failed to invoice or provide the gas safety certificate despite being asked to do this twice. 6 months later when the boiler broke down they said I hadn't had the annual service needed for the guarantee (they had done the service 6 months previously). I then had to chase 2 more times for the gas safety certificate. They need to get organised and improve customer service
