On 20th March 2018, Adams boiler services engineer showed up in our house saying that we booked the boiler servuce ...actually I did not booked the appointment just enquirered the prices for annual boiler services. As he showed up ..we asked him to service the boiler. He just open the boiler and visual reviewed and provided the £72 bill without cleaning anything. Later we asked him to provide in writing The checks he performed ..but he was very un-polite and he said just removed the screws. He was not ready to provide the any information about the checks he did. Later we call up Adams boiler sevices. And informed the situation but they did not take any action. In fact after the annual boiler services the boiler started tripping every often and we lost the home heating and hot water . We immediately informed to the company the problem occurred after the service and they agreed to rectify the problem. But they never responded . We call up several times but they have not responded. Almost after 14 days they send me the invoice of the annual service without mentioning any details what checks engineer did on 20th March. The service was very bad and response of vey poor and engineer was very polite.
