Horrible. £130 for an electric shower plus £130 to install. Plumber was rude and swearing on the phone when he had problems finding my location. I had to hold the shower in place for him to carry out the fitting. I got all wet. No 'thanks ' or 'sorry " When we asked him to show us how it works and asked questions about warranty before paying balance due £100, he was ranting about wasting time and threaten to remove the shower off the wall. I was shaking so much that I had difficulty signing his paperwork. His name is Danny. I will not recommended this company to anyone. Rating will continue to be poor.

Shocking. Installed a boiler, failed to sync it up correctly to the thermostat and after verbally abusing me over the phone and hanging up on me, point blank refuses to come and sort it out, despite his T&Cs saying he guarantees 100 days of service for any issues and challenged me to go to trading standards. Which I've done. We've got a 6 month old baby and dodgy heating - after paying him 2 grand. Steer clear. Well clear.
