Paul is local, friendly and has always been reliable throughout the year when needed, no matter how big or small the job. Impeccable service and would highly recommend.
I have been using RDS Plumbing for many years now as the service has been exemplary. I have had several “emergencies” which have been responded to very quickly and efficiently as well as a boiler change which again was efficiently installed and all mess cleared away. Highly recommend
RDS Plumbing are a very reliable and efficient local small business, i have got to know Paul the owner over the years as he has done various Boiler and plumbing work for me, would totally recommended him you wont be disappointed or overcharged
We have used RDS Plumbing for many years and will continue to do so. Paul is very friendly and approachable. He is here at the moment to do a tap replacement which has turned into a far harder job than expected but paul just gets on with it. He is very fair pricewise and there are no hidden extras. To get yourself a decent plumber just get in touch with Paul at RDS and you will not be disappointed.
Fine for boiler service/repairs but terrible experience when he took on another job and his poor judgement resulted in a huge leak in our saniflow system. Now - considering at this point he had already broken a part on our toilet and also broken our shower pipe during the refit which made our shower unusable - we still paid him in full (we know jobs can go wrong an) However I had lost faith when a huge leak occurred after he left and so I called a local builder who couldn't believe the work we had been left with. Paul came - he accused us of switching on the shower he broke. It is all circumstantial and trading standards sided with him that I still should have called Paul despite all the things that had gone wrong before. I got as far as receiving a £100 goodwill gesture to acknowledge my bad experience after seeking support from Trading Standards, they said only a court can further assess my 'loss of faith' for calling someone else and they were not going pursue the matter any further and by writing a review is in poor spirit. Well I am just a customer who asked for a saniflow toilet to be replaced, left with repairs far exceeding £100. I am replacing the whole bathroom. Shocked, disgusted given that we knew Paul for a few jobs beforehand. Well done Paul - you got away with it - 25 years of experience doesn't mean you are perfect.
