Easily the most professional plumbing firm I have used. Had a good feeling when the owner and staff donned plastic shoe covers without being asked - and then again every time they re-entered the property. 4 different plumbing jobs all done on the same day, including the replacement of heating/hot water controls and the untangling of a lot of mess which previous plumbers failed to fix. For the first time in years it all works. This is now my go-to firm for any serious work that needs doing. Felt like they knew what they were doing at all times. No hidden extras.

Excellent service, had a problem with our boiler and from first phone call to completion of installation of took about a week. Costin and his team were just what you would want for contractors in your house. Wore overshoes all the time, laid out floor protection, turned up when they said they would, left the house as the found it (apart from a boiler that works). The day after completion I received by email the 10 year guarantee cert from the boiler manufacture, the gas safe certificate and the benchmark documents to say the installation was as per the instruction manual. Could not fault the way the job was run and completed. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Lazard enough. They are very reliable. They responded to my initial call really quickly and went out of their way to fit me in. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. On time, reliable, quick and tidy. I've found the holy grail! A really good reliable plumber!
