Arrived quickly. Found the problem when two property maintenance men were stymied. We had a very small issue regarding the failure of a cheap, tiny, plastic piece. The plumbing pro swapped ours with a metal ring, which he didn't charge for, and was in and out in under 20 minutes. The bill was fair and I was given plenty of time to pay
