Knowledgeable; trustworthy; friendly I called Mr. Kelly Vowel as my Hydronic floor heating system seemed to not be working correctly. He looked at the system, and discovered a couple problems including wires that were not connected, and valves that would not even open. Not only did he repair it, loaded it with glycol (especially important as the garage is heated and has a potential to freeze without it), but he helped me completely understand the system. Having forced air my whole life I was pretty ignorant of floor heating, and Kelly answered my vast numbers of questions on how the system worked and how to keep it efficient. He also installed an indirect water heater to replace the standard water heater, which I am very happy with the new one. When going over the parts he needed to replace he showed me how they work (or did not work), why parts should be changed, and gave the pro and cons. This gave me confidence in his work, and that I was receiving a fair price. Lastly I do a lot of work out of town and he was very patient with my schedule.
