Really good service. Polite team and cleaned up well after the install. After several quotes all other companies wanted to run pipes and drill holes all over the house but boilers r us found a way to do it all without damaging any part of the property. I will recommend them.
Incompetence people throughout - stay away. I had boilers r us come to my premises to quote for a new boiler. The person came and provided a quote within a week. I agreed the price and the make and model of the new boiler with all the dimensions of having it fitted into new kitchen. I then instructed the kitchen planners to build the new kitchen leaving the large larder cupboard to comfortably fit the new boiler. First day of installation got cancelled as the boiler hadn’t shown up.? Following week second installation date - engineer turned up first and then the boiler two hours later which was the wrong one.? After discussions with the company they realised they had quoted too less for the boiler I requested so they would offer me an inferior design boiler for the price I had paid.! I reluctantly agreed and went forward with this proposal so another 2 weeks down the line they returned to fit the new boiler...! Now the boiler was too big to fit in the larder cupboard so I was then told I needed to pay another £300 on top of the £2500 already paid for a slimline version of the same tank. This was the last straw so I demanded my money back in an email to which they agreed the refund but put blame on to myself that the space was not big enough...! The space that that they had given me dimensions for initially for the original boiler. Quoted 3-5 days for refund Finally received today 2 weeks later..! Horrendous company - beware
Great experience from start to finish. Louise from Installations Department took me through the process of getting a quote and was on hand to answer all my questions promptly. On the day of fitting, James arrived on time and did an awesome job in installing the new boiler, keeping me informed of what he was doing and why throughout the morning. He was the most polite person I think I've welcomed into my house and a credit to Boilers R Us. Keep up the brilliant customer service guys.
Excellent customer service and very professional team. Highly recommended. My husband and I called on Saturday to replace our unsafe boiler with a new one. I spoke with Louise and I told her that we were in an emergency and needed it by Monday. She managed to accommodate us and booked a slot for Monday morning. The engineer Louei installed the new boiler and gave us all the information required. Everything has been done at an excellent standard, we couldn't been happier. 5 stars
Excellent customer care and communication. I was told every step of the way what was wrong and how this was going to be fixed. I have been left with effectively a "new" boiler. Engineer was excellent.
