Highly professional and knowledgeable. I have had three different companies out to look at my 10+ years old Worcester Bosch boiler that was on the blink. First two companies said they would not attempt repairing it as it was too old and recommended replacing it. These guys came around and told me that my boiler although old was still in pretty good shape. They came around the following day with two new parts and my boiler is working again. Very good and honest service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The plumbing team came over to service my boiler, although there were no problems I had identified. The team had recognised some problems and fixed all of them promptly and efficiently. Really impressed!

Over priced and poor quality of service. Wouldn't not recommend *Plumber came out and didn't fix the job properly. I was then told I would be charged ANOTHER £96 for a call out when it was their inadequate service. Apparently I am susceptible to the problem and it will "just keep happening" - that's funny because i've lived at the property for 3 years and never had a problem! I am now left with awfully low water pressure and a shower that doesn't work, but am £96 out of pocket!

The technician was very friendly, despite being a little slow with the work, he was adequately doing his work with a lot of neatness!
