Terry came to our house to investigate a noise from the pipes. He spent quite a lot of time methodically testing and tracing until eventually he pinned it down to the neighbours sink. Bizarre but he was spot on. I'm sure many plumbers would have said 'sorry' and walked away. Brilliant. Very highly recommended
