Fitted our gas hob incorrectly which led to a massive gas leak and damage to our brand new hob (it had set itself on fire(!) and left a burn mark) They came out within 12 hours to make it safe, but then ignored our numerous phone calls and emails asking for them to pay for and fit a replacement hob as the damage was their fault. Finally paid up 5 months after the gas leak, only after we filed a claim to take court action. Avoid!!
