i would say to anyone don't use these plumbers! they came out to us when our pipes froze and we had no water in the house, they came and fixed the problem by capping all the other pipes off except the water supply for the house, they said it was a short term fix, and we were happy to just have water back in the house, it was a stressful situation. Then we realised we were left with a washing machine that had no water supply. they said they would come and fix it sometime soon!! then another pipe came apart and caused a leak, so thinking they would come and fix this without another emergency price tag of £240!! as it was connected to the same pipe as before. but no we were charged another £240. they did fix the problem but now we have no water to the outside tap, i feel ripped off and still the problem is not fully fixed!!!!!! very disappointing. I had my boiler repaired and my faulty taps changed by alloy plumbing and heating and I was very happy with the work carried out . Friendly and professional service , clean and efficient . Very happy
