Our boiler packed up just before Christmas. Terry moved some things around to fit us in at this busy time. He did a great job and we had heating and hot water for the festivities. He was so helpful in assisting me select a new boiler. He was very quick and efficient and I would highly recommend him.

Terry is reliable, friendly, efficient and found the cause of the problem(s) very easily and then sourced the part and fixed the issue. Highly recommended, and that's hard to say about many who've turned up to try to fix my underfloor heating leak.

Terry installed our boiler in 2015 and comes back each year to service it. He has always been punctual, service is of a very high standard and he is very good at communicating what he is doing. A great plumber who is very reliable. You can't go wrong if you use Terry!

Terry serviced our boiler in the past. Only recently, he also replaced our pump. I phoned on Tuesday and everything was sorted by Friday. Communication and quality of work are excellent and prices are reasonable. We would always recommend Terry and use him again any time.
