I highly recommend B&K for the quality of their work and commitment to satisfying the customer. We needed a new boiler, hot water cylinder, pump and heating controls urgently and B&K were able to quote for and install the new system at short notice and at a very fair and reasonable price. Their engineers were very professional and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. Follow up service when a heating control developed an intermittent fault was the best I’ve come across from any service company – a very fast and thorough response, very committed to tracking down and resolving the fault and all covered at no cost to me under the warranty. Highly recommended.

I have used B&K for many years now for a variety of different jobs. Most recently, they have disconnected and removed a gas fire making sure that the gas supply was safely disconnected. They also moved pipes for new radiators moving them up into the wall rather than being in the floor - a huge job. The two men doing it were extremely careful and took time at the end of a long job to ensure all the radiators were working again properly. B&K have also got me out of a couple of sticky times getting my heating back up and running really quickly. Thanks B&K!

Whilst our experience started well, once they had installed the new boiler we discovered the issues. They took time getting back to our enquiries but were super quick to contact to explain they had undercharged. The pump was installed backwards and they didn’t cement the flue (which was in the airing cupboard in my daughters room). An engineer from a different company spent 4 hours rectifying their work. Once emailed, they explained they have been in business 35 years. Good for them, but I advise looking elsewhere.

My heating system has not worked properly since B&K installed it. They did not drain the system properly. They seemed far more interested in their pub lunch. When they came back they changed a valve and charged me an extra £250. Their latest verdict on my cold radiators is it hasn't been balanced properly. Choose someone else.
