We have had an excellent experience with Leon, who is superb at DIY and also has knowledge of plumbing and electrics. He has carried out a large amount of work in our home, all of it excellent. He stayed late in order to get the job done. The rates are not cheap, but the quality is high. I have dealt with many DIY people, some better than others. Leon is excellent at what he does and is worth the money. I note that some of the reviews on this page appear to have been written by people who did not ultimately get any work done. I question the veracity of these reviews, and I would urge caution - we don't know who they were written by.

Our handyman was Eugene and we're really happy with the service - polite, efficient, high quality work.

Firstly they charged £42 for a survey? And when I requested an estimate for a tap mixer shower. They never supplied it. Seems they go for easy money first and then decide if they want to do the job. Another company requested me to send them pictures of my fuse box and bathroom etc....instead of charging £42 for a survey that took only 1 minute. Beware and don't give your bank details as they take money before any work is actually done. My bank is now in the process of recovering my money taken from my account without my permission.

Have used Silver Saint for many different areas in the house, very professional, reasonably priced, very friendly and skilled. Would and have recommended many times.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They surveyed the situation and charged £48 for it. But this is not the reason I am angry as you ultimately sign up for this. The reason why I am upset is that they didn't have try and offer a temporary fix and they diagnosised the problem incorrectly. The owner of the building came out today and said nothing to do with the balcony.
