Chris at Geo Thermal was recommended to me by my brother. I was stressed about my boiler and called Chris straightaway and found him to be very helpful and pleasant on the phone. He came the next day and I was relived to see a lovely, professional, happy and upbeat guy who immediately fixed issues with my boiler and spend a lot of time educating me about the boiler. He was absolutely great and I will be calling him to do power flushing for my radiators. Excellent service all round!!! Highly recommend Chris to everyone!

Chris was brilliant, our boiler was playing up, he arranged a quick appointment. Found the fault and fixed it . He also installed a gas cooker. Very professional and helpful. We had a leaking cold water pipe semi-buried in concrete and behind kitchen cabinets. On family recommendation, we called Chris on a Saturday evening, he said he could come Sunday 9am and he arrived right on time. Very friendly, professional and he explained everything as he was going along so you knew what was happening. He fixed it all in his estimated time, despite it's difficult location. Finally we have a genuine trustworthy plumber and heating engineer we can call.

Chris at Geo Thermal came and replaced our radiator and bath taps. He made the process easy, helping us choose the right taps and radiator to suit our needs. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

My Worcester Bosh boiler leaked and my previous gas engineer was adamant that that it had to be replaced at a cost of £2.5k. Chris, GeoThermal was a lot more constructive and customer oriented. He offered to repair it first as all other parts are in good condition. The boiler is now working well. I will definitely use Geothermal again.
