An excellent and thorough job done on my boiler, very professional throughout

I used Plumbing and Heating Network for gas central heating repair. I called them to see when the engineer could come and see my broken boiler. He was here within an hour from my call and he quickly diagnosed the problem was caused by a broken partly opened valve. They charged me very reasonably, very polite and excellent time keeping. I highly recommend Plumbing and Heating Network for everyone looking for a reliable provider of such services, in need to maintain or repair their central heating.

At no notice our boiler broke down in February. As it turns out it was full of sediment. The whole heating/boiler system needed cleaning out and the boiler needed a repair. Constantin came the same day, assessed the problem and carried out the necessary work without delay. He explained what needed doing effectively and I have been impressed with his level of work, effective, detailed and courteous. It was quite a big job that took 2 days and was completed to my complete satisfaction.

Constantin & Pavel came to my house exactly on time and with prior constant text updates to confirm. We needed a new thermostat and they went through our options. Once we were happy, they did the work straight away and have also phoned to check all is ok. Very good service.

I was very well impressed with the professionalism, timing and the price given by the engineer attending the property. Moreover, the tidiness and cleanliness throughout the works made my day...especially having done repairs to the boiler and the full power-flushing of the heating system. The engineer have informed me at all times about the progress and ensured that I do understand each and every element of works and costing involved. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
