Prompt service and very knowledgeable staff. Bernie's has done several jobs for me both at my home and rental properties and has always been fair and honest. Switched to Bernie's after another company tried to up sell me, I appreciate that they are fair and honest.

Bernies has always been there for us. They’ve done large scale repairs and many small items over the years. Super reliable, professional and and most importantly they do excellent work

We had a leak on Christmas so of course they were closed but the next day they set an appointment to come a few days later. They were going to charge $150 for a "trip charge" because we were not in town. I stopped calling around. But we're dealing with this water leak issue which means mold if you don't fix it fast. So I just got a call before they are supposed to come and now - despite this crazy trip charge - they say we're not in their service area so they are canceling. That's just wrong. Even if we're not suddenly in their service area, and the trip charge was for anyone even in service area, they should honor their appointment and not cancel. Now I have to start from scratch calling around - and in Boulder, apparently every plumber is booked out or doesn't like to drive 15 minutes farther (we are not in another country!) and even if they have bad reviews they are all still getting business. I wish people would be accountable and do the right thing.

We have a condo in Boulder that had a bathroom leak. We called Bernie's plumbing who spent a few minutes and decided that the leak was due to unsealed shower tile. In 2 days the leak was much worse. They sent a different plumber who saw that the leak was actually inside the wall of an upstairs bath and was leaking into the downstairs bath. The drywall was replaced after the first plumber, but now ic completely ruined. Bernie's will not stand behind their first screw up. The manager said that "we can't always diagnose the problem." Then why call a plumber??? Their screw up will end up costing us about $600. A mistake is understandable. Not owning up to it is not.

Bernies is the best. Old school service with new school technology.
