Charles was prompt, personable and professional. Described in detail what was being done, and shared the results of his inspection in a thorough and understandable manner. All service was done efficiently. Answered our questions fully, and gave advice as needed. We could not have asked for better. In all, this is what we have come to expect from Precision Plumbing, and Charles did not disappoint.

I had an excellent experience with electrician Jake this morning. He was able to give me a complete and understandable explanation of a problem i have had with a circuit breaker and to advise a way to effectively deal with the problem. He was thorough and courteous. I was pleased with Precision's promptness, telephone contact, and recommendations.

Josh was very pleasant and accommodating. He did an excellent job finding the leak under the kitchen sink and replacing the faucet. He also installed a garbage disposal. We're very satisfied and will call Precision again.

Both Jonathan and Charles were very helpful and professional. Charles in particular went way above to investigate the system, and explain to me in detail how the setup works. Very happy with the results!
