Marcus provided an excellent service throughout our dealings with him. From sound advice on which boiler and thermostat to select to suit our needs, he gave us a range of options. We are delighted with the boiler and we are confident that it will be much better than our previous boiler. Marcus always turned up when he said he would and the installation by him and his team was very efficient, and tidy. Would recommend.

Marcus provided an excellent service from start to finish. This started from sound advice on which boiler and thermostat to select for our needs, giving us a range of options. He explained the options very well and didn't push the most expensive one, although we did select this as we felt it was the best option for us. He introduced us to a boiler we had not heard of before - ATAG. We are delighted with the boiler as it uses exhaust heat to pre-heat water and this provides us with hot water virtually instantaneously. The water also also runs much hotter than with our previous boiler. We only had the installation in August, so can't report on performance in cold weather, but from our experience so far we are confident that it will be much better than our previous boiler. Marcus always turned up when he said and the installation was very efficient and tidy with no mess left.
