Decent service but hammer you on their standard full hour charge, tread with care.
A plumber was in my flat within a few hours after my call, very good professional and friendly guy. He stayed in the flat for 35' and I was pleased with his service. When I received the invoice they charged me £62.5 (Excluding Vat) of the total £88.99 for labour and I phoned them up to ask how 35' of labour is costing that much. Their response was that they have a minimum charge of £62.5 for labour for an hour and my argument was why they didn't tell me that from the start so I can use the full time...
