We used Craig Gordon Building Services to fix a dip in our flooring where it wasn't properly supported by the joist underneath the wall. Robert/Rab from the team came round, did a great job and was really helpful with other DIY advice also. Would use again, and would recommend.
Craig got in touch about a painting & decorating job i’d posted in mybuilder.com and was out for a quote 2 hours later - we had other work planned and he was able to quote for all of it, then the guys got started 2 days later. All the guys in to do the various work were friendly, accommodating, efficient & hard-working. Everything was cleaned up after the work, and our flat feels like a new build again. All in all, we had our kitchen flooring replaced, bathrooms tiled (floors and walls), a walk-in shower built, woodwork repaired and the full flat painted.
Ceiling Painted and plastered. Having Craig Gordon Building Services replace my boiler a few years ago, I discovered a leak coming from under bath causing damage to my ceiling below. Craig sent out a plumber and fixed the leak then replaced the damaged plasterboard ceiling in the kitchen and lounge.The ceiling was then plastered. His painters finished it to a high standard. all the tradesmen where very polite and tidy. His joiners fitted a new bath panel after the old one was damaged when removed to access the leak. I would highly recommend Craig Gordon Building Services as they took care of everything with no stress.
Asked Craig to plane and re-hang some doors, and fit an on-demand electric boiler. He sent round John and Gary who both did fantastic jobs, very professional and left the place cleaner than when they got there. They'll be first choice when I need any more work done.
My Go too Builder. With Craig Gordon Building Services you get five star service from start to finish. Great bunch of guys very professional and they do what it says on the tin. Quality work for a fair price. Totally rate then.... now they are going to be doing my new kitchen cant praise Craig enough.
