Mustfa was great. He replaced the bathroom p-trap in no time, was clean and professional. Highly recommend this company.

The appt was scheduled between 10am and noon on a Friday to fix a minor leak in an upstairs bathroom. They arrived after 1pm with no prior notice of running behind. The plumber evaluated the problem, then called his boss and the proceeded to tell us he couldn’t fix it. The sealant on the tub surround has failed but the boss said he shouldn’t do the job. The. 3 days later got a invoice emailed for $185.00. On the invoice it clearly states accepts checks if received within 10 days. I mailed the check promptly that day even though I thought the amount is outrageous for not actually doing anything or fixing anything. 3 days later they went ahead and charged the credit card on file (which they require at time of appt) well before the 10 days. I called the business and the office manager said this was all my fault and how was he to know I sent a check....ummm because you said that was an acceptable method of payment on your invoice?? Ridiculous...avoid this company at all costs.

We need to replace both our water heater and boiler. Since we are new to the area, I researched a lot of companies. American Plumbing was one of the companies that was at the top of the list so I reached out to get a bid on replacement of our system. They were a no show for the first appointment. Since I understand that things can happen, I figured I’d give them another chance. A guy from the company did show up for the next appointment, but that is the only positive thing. Once at our house he argued with my husband on the age of our boiler, hot water heater, and water filtration system and insisted he knew more than my husband. We know the exact dates they were installed because of documentation from the previous owner—my husband even pointed out the date of installation of the boiler because it is written on it. The technician took some pictures and let us know he’d send an estimate over. When my husband asked when we’d get the estimate, the technician said “I’ll just send it over” and then left. Two weeks went by and we heard nothing. I called to figure out what was going on and explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone. She was unapologetic and rude. After that, I let her know to not bother having the technician send over the estimate because we wouldn’t be using American Plumbing. Based on my experiences with this company, I’d like to give them less than one star, but that’s not possible.

Great service. Tech was very helpful and even took a look at a few other issues we had. Highly recommended.
