Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI)

Had them come up to look at several toilets Toto toilets that I had at my house they needed new flappers or the insides the team that came up here told me that they couldn’t get the insides and that I had to replace all the toilet in the house ridiculous . Which would of cost thousands of dollars. called another company came up and replace the insides no problem I wound up paying $125 for nothing. Would never use or recommend.

Most importantly, I feel that PSI provides excellent plumbing services. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the the billing department. I asked that the service manager call me to discuss the situation, and within a day or two I received a call and the issue was resolved politely and to my satisfaction. It is clear to me that the customer satisfaction is important to PSI.

Was referred to them by a friend who said they had a good reputation. I will echo the friend's recommendation. I plan to call them if i ever have another plumbing issue.

WOW- PSI is absolutely the best! While on vacation the water heater/boiler broke down. Called PSI (Brendon) from the east coast, he immediately came to the house, assessed the situation and temporarily stopped the flood in the garage. He also checked the house to make sure there were no other leaks or floods and called back to assure us that everything was okay. We knew the water heater/boiler was in its way out, prior to going on vacation and made arrangements for PSI to replace them. By the time we returned from vacation, most of the work was completed. I must say, that the workmanship was professional and top notch. The crew (Brendon, Izzy and Tanner) were great and got us up an running in record time. They also followed up after the installation to make sure everything was running properly.

A very professional and reliable company. The entire staff is courteous, reliable and technical workers polite and very knowledgeable. Jeremy was especially helpful. This was an entire new utility room, with water heater, boiler new pipes, etc. It certainly look great and hopefully, I can now expect hot water throughout the house. Thanks guys.
