I made an appointment for Fri 10 am ( for no water cuz of a leaking pipe) . The tech never showed up, I called and was told that a tech would be out that evening or Saturday morning . No calls no tech , I called Saturday afternoon no response.... when a tech did call me back on Monday morning after many calls . I was told I was " low priority" and a tech would come when they could!! Very unpleasant and unprofessional!!!! I loved using them before for my plumbing needs so disappointed to lose a company I enjoyed working with before !
Very responsive to emergencies, and this company cares about you!! ABCD Soderberg answers their phones 24/7 and will send a tech immediately! This is a family owned business that cares about you!!!
did a real good job with my broken water heater
This is not a properly run company and they overcharge for their work. Adding hours, even days they never worked. It's a complete joke.
