We had a basement leak and before we replaced carpet wanted to make sure everything had dried properly. We called ECOS and Yuri Rivera came out that afternoon, performed multiple tests and let me know that no further treatment was needed. He also provided an anti-fungal spray to be extra sure. Yuri was extremely professional and comforting - on top of that he didn't even charge us! I highly recommend ECOS to anyone in the unfortunate situation of needing to address a home disaster.

When our house flooded we debated what company to go with for mitigation. ECOS was the only one that didn’t want to wait until the next day. Every other company we looked into sounded like they were out to “milk” the insurance company while ECOS wanted to do what was right for us. Jerry listened to us and the delivered on what we wanted. We actually chose to have ECOS do the restoration as well because we trust them. I would recommend ECOS to anyone who doesn’t want to have to worry about being taken advantage of. I would also recommend ECOS for anyone that wants the job done right. We didn’t even have to ask for anything to be re-done because it was done right the first time. Tobie and David (the workers) were polite, respectful, and highly professional. In fact, I can’t think of a bad thing about the whole experience. Jerry has a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies and was very helpful in the process (this was our first claim). Thank you ECOS and I am sure glad we went with you!!

I had a water leak in my basement and was very worried that the leak had been going on for a long period of time. I called ECOS Environmental and their staff was amazing!!! The person who answered my called got me in contact with one of their technicians. The tech was very knowledgeable and walked me threw on what the cost could be and getting everything set up. They came out and got me an estimate on the spot, worked with my insurance company and kept me in the loop on what was going to be happening. I was very happy with all of the team members of ECOS Environmental! If I have any issues in the future with water or water damage, I will be calling them back. Thank you guys for all that you did! I had a great experience working with ECOS. When I was in the middle of selling my home, the inspector found mold in the crawlspace that needed to be removed before the closing. ECOS took care of the mold remediation quickly, without causing any delays to our schedule. Thanks for your help!

What a wonderful experience. We called ECOS for our water damage and they came to our house and took care of everything. They also found some mold as they were drying our house and they were able to take care of that as well. They were prompt and courteous. I will always call them! Thanks ECOS
