Recently moved in to a home that had some mystery smell from the bathroom that three other professionals hadn't figured out. The letting agent called Stephen out and he had the problem identified and resolved within 24 hours. He was very polite, professional and friendly. Listened to what we'd experienced then proceeded to investigate the problem while talking us through his thought process from his expertise and professional experiences. He quickly identified the problem with his specialist equipment, talked us through the diagnosis and was back the following morning with a colleague to solve the problem. While talking to him I could clearly see he is passionate and personally invested in the business he's created, and from seeing the other reviews it seems other customers appreciated this too. 5/5 would recommend Ronan
