Brilliant plumber & gas installer!!!!! I was expecting the job to take ages & be really messy when I came home. However I was really happy to see Stephen and his guys had not only finished doing an amazing job but cleaned everything up after. I would 110% recommend this business. He was also very patient waiting on me getting my grant sorted and with going through all the steps and procedures. I am so glad to have found a reliable, fast and experienced plumber. My Dad (who is super ocd fussy) is also using him so he must be good ????

Would not use again. I had to call them back a number of times to fix a number of problems within the first month of a new bathroom installation. The floors that were cut in order to gain access to the radiator pipes for the gas installation were damaged and that there were a number of large gaps and in two areas in my house I had to get the flooring replaced. On my second annual boiler inspection (from a separate local plumbing company) I was advised that there were not enough brackets securing the flue in the attic to meet regulations. This is now fixed again at my expense. Family members who used this company after me were also unsatisfied with this company for a number of reasons. I understand this is a small company and they maybe take on too much work and then rush it. Staff however were friendly and courteous to me in my home.
