Absolutely first class service. I called and within twenty minutes the man was out. The problem was bigger than anticipated, starting with a blocked toilet with a severely blocked drain and manhole sewer, culminating in the sewage pipe being entirely blocked. He worked tirelessly for nearly an hour and a half without complaint and on his final reserve of water he managed to clear the blockage. Thank you ever so much dial a drain, and the man in question is Jack. Absolute professional and gentleman.
